Privacy Policy
In short: MyOfficeStatus does not collect, store on a server, share, or sell any of your information. Everything stays on your device.
Calendar
With your permission, the app reads your calendar events on the device to decide what status to show. It shows only as much detail as you choose in settings. Event information is never sent off the device.
Camera
If you turn on "Dim when nobody is nearby", the app uses the front camera to detect whether a person is in view. Frames are analyzed on the device and discarded immediately. Video and images are never recorded, saved, or transmitted. The feature is off unless you turn it on.
Photos
If you choose a background photo, only the photo you pick is copied into the app's storage on the device. The app does not access the rest of your photo library.
Settings
Your name, title, settings, and PIN are stored only on the device. Deleting the app deletes them.
No tracking or analytics
The app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking, and makes no network connections of its own. Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports if you have chosen to share them with developers in iOS settings.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
